Jan Valkier is Managing Director of Anthony Veder Group NV, a specialised shipping company in Rotterdam. He joined Anthony Veder in 1992 and became Managing Director in 1999 having previously worked for Shell International Trading Company and Shell International Petroleum Company in London. Mr Valkier is a Dutch citizen and holds a Masters Degree in Economics from the Erasmus University in Rotterdam.

Hugo van Berckel is a Senior Managing Director of CVC Capital Partners Netherlands. He joined CVC in Amsterdam in 1999 having previously worked for ABN AMRO Bank in Corporate Finance & Capital Markets and KLM Royal Dutch Airlines in various finance and general management positions. Mr. van Berckel is a Dutch citizen and holds an MBA from INSEAD, Fontainebleau and a Masters Degree in Law from the University of Leiden, the Netherlands.
